OMAHA, Neb. – January 12, 2022 – AccuQuilt, Moda Fabrics and Baby Lock are partnering in a pay-it-forward campaign called Covering the World: One Quilt at a Time. Moda Fabrics and AccuQuilt designers, influencers, and staff are making and donating one quilt a week in 2022 to a charity of their choice. Their mission is to inspire their communities to join them in this endeavor to provide comfort to those in need.

This year-long campaign requires coordinated teamwork and AccuQuilt’s unified corporate effort is exemplified in its culture. Chief Brand and Product Officer, Lynn Gibney, said corporate responsibility is an integral part of AccuQuilt’s brand mission and working with two other organizations to provide quilts to others is very uplifting.

“Providing comfort by donating quilts to those in need is a touching way that AccuQuilt, Baby Lock, and Moda Fabrics are making a positive impact in the lives of others,” said Gibney.

Helping to guide the campaign is Karen Johnson, AccuQuilt’s Director of Marketing, who said she is excited to be working with these companies who believe in giving back.

“Baby Lock and Moda Fabrics understand how important it is to pay it forward and have a positive influence on our communities,” said Johnson “This campaign speaks to our understanding that corporate responsibility is important, and sometimes it’s the small things that mean the most. Being able to provide comfort and warmth by donating a quilt to someone in need is truly rewarding.”
